Call for public input on JI PDD forms (incl. guidelines for users)

Background

At its eleventh meeting, the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) discussed the need to revise the JI project design document (PDD) forms (incl. guidelines for users), on the basis of experience.

To ensure the highest degree of transparency and to identify practical needs for a revision, the JISC requested the secretariat to launch a call for public input on possible revisions of the JI PDD forms (incl. guidelines for users), asking to propose possible changes to these documents including reasons for the suggestion.

Public inputs are invited regarding the following documents:

Form	Guidelines for users
JI PDD form	Guidelines for users of the JI PDD form (version 02)
JI SSC PDD form (version 01.1)	Guidelines for users of the JI SSC PDD form and the form for submission of bundled JI SSC projects (version 02)
Form for submission of bundled JI SSC projects (version 01.1)
JI LULUCF PDD form	Guidelines for users of the JI LULUCF PDD form (version 02)

When submitting an input, please indicate:

• Name and affiliation;
• Document referred to;
• Practical experience in using this document;
• Proposed change;
• Reason(s) for the suggestion.

The call for public input is open from 27 June 2008 until 25 July 2008 (17:00 GMT).
