Publication of one JI verification report

In accordance with paragraph 38 of the JI guidelines, a verification pertaining to the following joint implementation (JI) project, for monitoring report number "004" covering the period from 01 May 2012 to 31 December 2012, has been submitted by an accredited independent entity (AIE) to the secretariat and will be publicly available as of tomorrow, 25 September 2013: “0078. CMM utilisation on the Coal Mine No. 22 “Kommunarskaya” of the State Holding Joint-Stock Company “GOAO Shakhtoupravlenye Donbass”” The period for requesting a review will end on 09 October 2013 (17:00 GMT). The above mentioned verification will be available on the UNFCCC JI website under <http://ji.unfccc.int/JI_Projects/DeterAndVerif/Verif/VerifRep.html>. Paragraph 38 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines) stipulates that, under the verification procedure under the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC), the AIE shall make its verification publicly available through the secretariat, together with an explanation of its reasons. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the JI guidelines, a verification shall be deemed final 15 days after the date on which it is made public, unless a Party involved in the project or three JISC members request a review.
