JI Verification deemed final

This is to inform you that the period for requesting a review of the verification reported for "0035. Utilization of Coal Mine Methane at the Coal Mine named after A.F. Zasyadko" for monitoring report number "009" covering the period from 01 June 2011 to 30 April 2012 has ended. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines), since neither a Party involved in the project nor three members of the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) have requested a review within this period, the verification is deemed final.
