Publication of two JI verification reports

In accordance with paragraph 38 of the JI guidelines, a verification pertaining to the following joint implementation (JI) projects, have been submitted by an accredited independent entity (AIE) to the secretariat and will be publicly available as of tomorrow, 04 December 2012: "0079. CMM utilisation on the Joint Stock Company named Komsomolets Donbassa Coal Mine of DTEK" for monitoring report number "004" covering the period from 01 July 2011 to 30 June 2012. "0137. Joint Implementation project aimed at N2O emissions reduction by installation of secondary catalyst inside ammonia oxidation reactors at 3 nitric acid production plants NA2, NA3 and NA4 of Azomures SA company, situated at Targu Mures, Romania" for monitoring report number "003" covering the period from 05 April 2011 to 13 July 2012. The period for requesting a review will end on 18 December 2012 (17:00 GMT). The above mentioned verification will be available on the UNFCCC JI website under <http://ji.unfccc.int/JI_Projects/DeterAndVerif/Verif/VerifRep.html>. Paragraph 38 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines) stipulates that, under the verification procedure under the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC), the AIE shall make its verification publicly available through the secretariat, together with an explanation of its reasons. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the JI guidelines, a verification shall be deemed final 15 days after the date on which it is made public, unless a Party involved in the project or three JISC members request a review.
