JI verification deemed final
This is to inform you that the period for requesting a review has ended for a verification pertaining to the JI project "0194. Usage of alternative raw materials at Kryvyi Rih Cement, Ukraine" for monitoring report number "001" covering the period from 01 January 2008 to 31 December 2009.
In accordance with paragraph 39 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines), since neither a Party involved in the project nor three members of the JISC have requested a review within this period, the verification is deemed final.
