One verification deemed final

In accordance with paragraph 39 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines), a determination regarding the emission reductions by sources or enhancements of removals by sinks (verification) shall be deemed final 15 days after the date on which the verification is made public, unless a Party involved in the project or three members of the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) request a review by the JISC. This is to notify that the period for requesting a review has ended for one verification pertaining to the joint implementation (JI) project "0104. Improvement of the Energy efficiency at Energomashspetsstal (EMSS), Kramatorsk, Ukraine" for monitoring report number "002" covering the period from 01 January 2009 to 30 September 2009. Since neither a Party involved nor three members of the JISC have requested a review within this period, the verification is deemed final.
