Two JI verifications deemed final

This is to inform you that the period for requesting a review has ended for the following verifications pertaining to the JI projects: "0137. Joint Implementation project aimed at N2O emissions reduction by installation of secondary catalyst inside ammonia oxidation reactors at 3 nitric acid production plants NA2, NA3 and NA4 of Azomures SA company, situated at Târgu Mures, Romania" for monitoring report number "001" covering the period from 24 July 2008 to 19 July 2010; "0198. Reconstruction of Units 1,2,3 and 4 at Zuyevska Thermal Power Plant." for monitoring report number "001" covering the period from 01 January 2009 to 31 December 2009. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines), since neither a Party involved in the project nor three members of the JISC have requested a review within this period, the verifications were deemed final.
