The idea of the JI project is to introduce selective N2O decomposition catalyst right below the platinum gauze in the catalytic reactor as a secondary abatement measure. The baskets that hold the catalyst shall be installed in each reactor and charged with the N2O decomposition catalyst in October 2008, after a six months baseline measurement period.
