This project goal is to reduce perfluorocarbon (PCF) emissions by reducing the frequency of anode effect with a package of technical measures (reduction of the cryolite ratio) in the PFPB cells for implementation at 2000-2001 and 2003 for PA cells at the RUSAL Sayanogorsk aluminium smelter.
