Project related text:
The goal of the project is to reduce impact of the steelmaking process on the climate through modernization of the existing production process by application of a more energy efficient technology. Emissions of GHG is reduced significantly as a result of the project implementation. In order to achieve the goal of the project, Amurmetal constructed a new EAF #2 and upgraded existing EAF #1.
