The project activity consists of construction and operation by Air Liquide Severstal a state –of-the-art cryogenic air separation plant on the premises of OJSC “Severstal” steel production complex . The facility technologies are more energy-efficient than the baseline alternative (construction of low-pressure cryogenic air separation units).
The project is under number 1 in the list of projects, approved by Russian Ministry of Economic development
