The Project (Te Apiti Windfarm) is a 90.75 MW wind farm located on 1,150 hectares of farm land situated on both sides of Saddle Road at the southern end of the Ruahine Ranges, between Ashhurst in the west and Woodville in the east. The Project is comprised of 55 1.65 MW wind turbines. The electricity generated from the Project is delivered to the National Grid via the Woodville sub-station.
