Project related text:
The aim of the project is utilization of associated petroleum gas (APG) on the modern power station with gas piston power generation units Cummins QSV 91G with the total installed capacity 7,5 MW and on heating station with capacity 1,89 MW located on Vostochno-Perevalnoye oil field with the purpose to supply electric and heat energy for own needs of the oil field. 
The project is under number 4 in the list of projects, approved by Russian Ministry of Economic development
The other party will be determined at a later stage.
