JI verification deemed final

This is to inform you that the period for requesting a review has ended for a verification pertaining to the JI project "0079. CMM utilisation on the Joint Stock Company named Komsomolets Donbassa Coal Mine of DTEK" for monitoring report number "002" covering the period from 04 November 2009 to 31 October 2010. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines), since neither a Party involved in the project nor three members of the JISC have requested a review within this period, the verification was deemed final.
