Three JI verifcations deemed final

This is to inform you that the period for requesting a review of the verifications reported for the following three JI projects has ended. "0049. Lapes Landfill Gas Utilization and Energy Generation" for monitoring report number "004" covering the period from 23 December 2011 to 31 December 2012. "0286. Implementation of energy-efficient lighting system in the Donetsk Region with the use of Kyoto Protocol mechanism: replacement of incandescent lamps with energy-efficient ones at budget financed and social entities in the Slovyansk town (under Track 2)" for monitoring report number "001" covering the period from 07 February 2011 to 31 August 2012. "0288. Implementation of energy-efficient lighting system in the Donetsk Region with the use of Kyoto Protocol mechanism: replacement of incandescent lamps with energy-efficient ones at budget financed and social entities in the Kramatorsk town (under Track 2)" for monitoring report number "001" covering the period from 07 February 2011 to 31 August 2012. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines), since neither a Party involved in the projects nor three members of the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) have requested a review within this period, the verifications are deemed final.
