Publication of one joint implementation verification report


In accordance with paragraph 38 of the JI guidelines, a
verification pertaining to the following joint
implementation (JI) project, for monitoring report number
"003" covering the period from 01 March 2011 to 29 February
2012, has been submitted by an accredited independent entity
(AIE) to the secretariat and will be publicly available as
of tomorrow, 25 July 2012:

"0214. Waste heaps dismantling with the aim of decreasing
the greenhouse gases emissions into the atmosphere"

The period for requesting a review will end on 08 August
2012 (17:00 GMT).

The abovementioned verification will be available on the
UNFCCC JI website under
<http://ji.unfccc.int/JI_Projects/DeterAndVerif/Verif/VerifR
ep.html>.

Paragraph 38 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI
guidelines) stipulates that, under the verification
procedure under the Joint Implementation Supervisory
Committee (JISC), the AIE shall make its verification
publicly available through the secretariat, together with an
explanation of its reasons. In accordance with paragraph 39
of the JI guidelines, a verification shall be deemed final
15 days after the date on which it is made public, unless a
Party involved in the project or three JISC members request
a review.
