Publication of one JI verification report

In accordance with paragraph 38 of the JI guidelines, a verification pertaining to the following JI project, for monitoring report number "006" covering the period from 01 February 2010 to 31 July 2010, has been submitted by an AIE to the secretariat and will be publicly available as of tomorrow, 28 September 2010: "0035. Utilization of Coal Mine Methane at the Coal Mine named after A.F. Zasyadko" The period for requesting a review will end on 12 October 2010 (17:00 GMT). The abovementioned verification will be available on the UNFCCC JI website under <http://ji.unfccc.int/JI_Projects/DeterAndVerif/Verif/VerifRep.html>. Paragraph 38 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines) stipulates that, under the verification procedure under the JISC, the AIE shall make its verification publicly available through the secretariat, together with an explanation of its reasons. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the JI guidelines, a verification shall be deemed final 15 days after the date on which it is made public, unless a Party involved in the project or three JISC members request a review.
