Two JI verifications deemed final

This is to inform you that the period for requesting a review of the verifications reported for the following two JI projects has ended. "0064. Nitrous Oxide Emission Reduction Project at GP Nitric Acid Plant in AB Achema Fertiliser Factory" for monitoring report number "003" covering the period from 12 July 2011 to 23 September 2012. "0211. Utilization of coke gas with electricity generation by two 6 MWe CHP at “ZaporozhCox Plant”" for monitoring report number "003" covering the period from 01 April 2011 to 31 August 2012. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines), since neither a Party involved in the project nor three members of the JISC have requested a review within this period, the verification is deemed final.
