Publication of two JI verification reports

In accordance with paragraph 38 of the JI guidelines: - a verification pertaining to JI project "0178. Liepynes Wind Power Park Joint Implementation Project" for the monitoring report number "001" covering the period from 01 November 2009 to 31 December 2010, and - a verification pertaining to the JI project "0104. Improvement of the Energy efficiency at Energomashspetsstal (EMSS), Kramatorsk, Ukraine", for the monitoring report number "008" covering the period from 01 January 2011 to 31 March 2011, have been submitted by an AIE to the secretariat and will be publicly available as of tomorrow, 05 July 2011: The period for requesting a review will end on 19 July 2011 (17:00 GMT). The abovementioned verifications will be available on the UNFCCC JI website under <http://ji.unfccc.int/JI_Projects/DeterAndVerif/Verif/VerifRep.html>. Paragraph 38 of the annex to decision 9/CMP.1 (JI guidelines) stipulates that, under the verification procedure under the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC), the AIE shall make its verification publicly available through the secretariat, together with an explanation of its reasons. In accordance with paragraph 39 of the JI guidelines, a verification shall be deemed final 15 days after the date on which it is made public, unless a Party involved in the project or three JISC members request a review.
