In this case the AIE shall determine whether the proposed revisions improve the accuracy and/or completeness of information of the original monitoring plan without changing conformity with the relevant rules and regulations for the establishment of monitoring plans and, in case of a positive determination, shall proceed with the determination referred to in paragraph 37 of the JI guidelines."
